Get Your Business Online Week

Starting Monday 24th March 2014 in the US is "Get Your Business Online Week", where Google is encouraging SMEs to get online. Consumers increasingly expect an online presence today, and often do research on the product or company online before purchasing - even if they don't end up ultimately purchasing the product online. Google states that "Online businesses are expected to grow 40 percent faster and create twice as many jobs as those that aren't online". With a large portion of US and UK companies still not online, there are many benefits for the individual companies and the economy as a whole for businesses to get online. Google's initial reports for the last 2 days include a case where there was a 50% increase in clients for one small business!
There are many ways for a business to get online:
- Create a social network profile on Facebook, Twitter, Linkedin or Google+
- Upload some useful videos on YouTube
- Start a hosted blog using WordPress or Bloggr
- Contact us for an affordable website!
Since the UK has been neglected in Google's "Get Your Business Online Week", we are offering discounts on our services in order to lend a hand, until the end of March 2014. Companies looking for a website with a professional design and CMS can come to us, where we will discuss your needs with you and create a unique website that works for your business for only £600 ex VAT (normally £1200).
